Services Description

Robbins Pest Services provides professional pest control and pest management services to residential and commercial properties in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Rodent control and removal
• Bee and wasp removal
• Mosquito and tick treatments
• Bed bug heat treatments
• Commercial pest management
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Real estate inspections
• Emergency pest response

Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time. Same-day and emergency services are available based on availability.

Access Requirements

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the property and areas requiring treatment. This includes:

• Ensuring someone 18 years or older is present during the appointment
• Securing pets during treatment
• Clearing access to treatment areas as instructed
• Following any pre-treatment preparation guidelines provided

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service call fee. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. For recurring service plans, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Additional services beyond the original scope may incur extra charges
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer service guarantees on many of our treatments. Guarantee terms vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of service. Guarantees are subject to the following conditions:

• Customer compliance with preparation and post-treatment instructions
• Timely notification of any pest activity recurrence
• Maintaining conditions that do not promote pest infestation
• Allowing access for follow-up treatments if needed

Guarantees do not cover new pest infestations from external sources or conditions created after the initial treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robbins Pest Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service in question
• Damages resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, structural damage caused by pests prior to treatment, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and pest issues
• Disclose any known health conditions or sensitivities to treatments
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Inform us of any changes to property conditions or new pest activity
• Maintain sanitation practices that discourage pest activity
• Keep treatment areas accessible for scheduled services

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect information about other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
